As most of you know it’s Hannah’s wedding week! We wanted to celebrate with doing her pre-wedding diet for today’s
What She Eats. Read on for what foods she focused on leading up to the big day.
I didn’t alter my diet much leading up to my wedding. I’m a big proponent of getting your greens, healthy fats, and proteins
in, but recently these past couple of months I’ve focused on the Keto diet, which is low-carb and high-fat. It has really
helped me tone down. I am feeling fit and strong and my skin is definitely clearer. Plus I love avocados, raw nuts, and eggs
so it isn’t hard to stick to!
Breakfast:
I typically start my day with my matcha blend: matcha, coconut oil, MCT, and some hot water. It helps me get my focus on
for my workout. I love a simple breakfast of scrambled eggs and avocado for energy. It keeps me feeling full for busy days.
Lunch:
I like to have a salad for lunch, usually I’ll throw together whatever I have laying around. Usually some microgreens,
seaweed, seeds, nuts, veggies, and some protein.
Snack:
I definitely have a snacking habit, so I’ll grab some nuts or some veggies and dip. Sometimes I’ll just be in the mood for one
of my adaptogenic herb potions, I try to get my daily intake of reishi and tocos as they keep me balanced and my mind
clear.
Dinner:
I love to cook, it’s a great way to unwind after a packed day and touch base with my ALMOST hubby! We keep it light,
usually making soup or fish. And I pretty much always sneak some dark chocolate in there afterwards…
